I use this Station only four times per year, when I come to Nagoya to visit my relatives. I do understand Japanese quite well. The trains for the international Airport leave from the same Platform as all the other trains. in rush hours it is really disturbing for both, the travelers and the commuting people. However, there is no information about the fact that you need a further ticket (360yen) if you make use of the not so busy Airport Express.
